Our studio consistently gets booked up ahead of time. Keeping a tidy schedule is really important so that all of our clients can get the studio time they need. For that reason, we have a set of reasonable and common practice policies for booking sessions that we require all of our clients to adhere to:

• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book any studio session.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. If done in less than 48 hours prior to the session, you will lose your deposit and hours. 
• If you fail to show up to your session, you are responsible for paying for the full time that you booked, not just the deposit. 
• You are expected to arrive for your session on time. You will be charged for the exact time that you booked, not for the time starting when you arrive. 
• Sessions start and end at the times that you booked. We are not able to shorten or extend a session the day of the session.
